Logging & drinks
How do I log a drink?
On the Today screen, tap one of the Quick Add buttons for an instant log, or tap the + button to choose an amount and drink type. On Apple Watch you can log straight from your wrist, and you can also ask Siri or use a widget.
Can I track coffee, tea, juice and other drinks?
Yes. IdroFlow counts every drink, not just water. Each drink type has a hydration factor, so a coffee or tea contributes the right amount toward your daily goal automatically.
How do I create custom drinks?
Open Settings → Custom Drinks and add your own drink with a name, colour, icon and default amount. Custom drinks are part of IdroFlow Plus.
How do I change my daily goal or units?
Go to Settings → Goal to set your target, and Settings → Unit System to switch between millilitres and fluid ounces.
Reminders
My reminders aren't arriving
First, make sure notifications are allowed in iOS Settings → IdroFlow → Notifications. Then, in the app, open Settings → Notifications and check that Daily reminders is on and at least one time is scheduled.
What is Smart timing?
Smart timing (part of IdroFlow Plus) adapts your reminder times to your real drinking patterns instead of using fixed hours. You can always switch back to Custom times and choose them yourself.
Sync & devices
Does IdroFlow sync with Apple Health?
Yes, optionally. When you enable Health in Settings → Health, IdroFlow writes your water intake to Apple Health and reads your hydration history. You can turn this off any time in the app or in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
Does my data sync across my devices?
Yes. With iCloud enabled (Settings → iCloud), your hydration data syncs privately through your own iCloud account across iPhone, iPad and Mac. Your data stays in your private iCloud container.
Do you offer widgets and Apple Watch complications?
Yes. IdroFlow includes Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets and Apple Watch complications so you can see your progress and log at a glance. Some are part of IdroFlow Plus.
IdroFlow Plus & purchases
What's included in IdroFlow Plus?
IdroFlow Plus unlocks widgets and Apple Watch complications, custom drinks, Smart timing reminders and advanced insights. It's available as a monthly or annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open the IdroFlow Plus screen and tap "Restore Purchases", signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy. Your entitlement will be restored automatically.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open iOS Settings, tap your name → Subscriptions, then choose IdroFlow. From there you can change or cancel your plan.
