Website privacy and cookies

Effective 2 November 2026

This page covers the federicotrevisani.dev website. The apps have their own policies: IdroFlow and PetroCheck. The controller is Federico Trevisani, federico@federicotrevisani.dev.

1. What we measure

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited, for how long, from which country and language and on which device, and which App Store links are opened. We measure nothing without your consent.

PetroCheck pages also use the advertising measurement tools described in the PetroCheck privacy policy.

2. Consent

On your first visit a notice asks you to accept or reject, with equal prominence. Until you choose, Google Consent Mode stays on "denied": Google stores no analytics or advertising cookie and receives at most anonymous technical signals without identifiers. If you accept, Google sets cookies and may receive your IP address, the page visited, the referrer and browser identifiers. The choice is stored only in your browser. You can change it at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer.

3. Legal basis, recipients and transfers

The legal basis is your consent. The recipient is Google, which may process data outside the European Economic Area using the mechanisms Google states, such as the Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Retention

Google Analytics event data is kept for no longer than 14 months.

5. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction and portability, object to processing and withdraw consent by writing to federico@federicotrevisani.dev. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante).
